📋 Description

• Consultant Senior in Digital Assets for banks and financial institutions
• Contribute to strategy, regulatory work, and operational deployment of Digital Assets infra
• Engage on tokenisation, custody, wallets, stablecoins, and on‑chain payments
• Define client journeys and functional architectures for Digital Assets projects
• Lead workstreams with business, IT, compliance, risk and operations teams
• Support development of Talan's Digital Assets practice through market/regulatory monitoring and

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in consulting, banking, or digital assets
• Strong knowledge of banking processes and financial services
• Hands‑on experience with Digital Assets topics (custody, tokenisation, CBDC/MNBC, crypto services)
• Technical understanding of public/permissioned blockchains (Ethereum, EVM, Besu) and smart contracts
• Excellent written/oral communication in French and English
