• Domain & Technical Aptitude: Understanding of Life Sciences commercial event operations
• Consultative & Presentation Skills: Proven ability to lead customer discovery workshops
• Execution & Focus: Self-starter with a track record of operational discipline, high attention
• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25–30% as required for key project milestones and customer
