Provide overall application expertise and knowledge to customer, serving as a trusted advisor for
Engage with customer to gather, analyze, clarify business requirements, translate them into
Assess customer requirements against Veeva product capabilities and recommend best-fit solutions
Provide industry and product best practice, proactively advise customers and educate on effective
Partner with Veeva product teams to communicate customer feedback, identify product gaps and
Tier 2/3 application support, troubleshoot complex issues, identify root cause and drive timely

🎯 Requirements

At least Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related degrees
5+ years working experience in the IT industry
3+ years software development experience with hands-on experience in Python/Java
2+ years of customer-facing experience (Requirement gathering, business analysis, stakeholder
Fluent in English verbal and written
Hardworking and can-do attitude
