Consultant – OTC Sales Processing & Reporting

📋 Description

• Review, audit, and process worldwide sales reporting to ensure accuracy, completeness, and
• Analyze sales and data-quality reports, identifying inaccuracies, discrepancies, and
• Investigate issues to determine root causes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve
• Process invoices for assigned territories while ensuring compliance with applicable tax
• Reconcile clearing accounts at month-end, ensuring required accounting entries and revenue accruals
• Coordinate account reconciliation certifications and ensure outstanding balances are fully

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in finance, accounting, sales processing
• Experience within the music, entertainment, media, or another comparable industry is preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales reporting, financial data analysis, invoicing, reconciliations, and
• Experience analyzing information across multiple corporate systems and identifying discrepancies or
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to investigate problems, identify root causes, and
