🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant healthcare industry experience, with deep familiarity with healthcare market
• Demonstrated expertise using patient experience data, analytics, and methodologies to drive
• Prior experience implementing improvement initiatives across Experience, Safety, Engagement
• Proven track record in management/strategic consulting (strongly preferred), including consulting
• Strong background in executive-level presentation, workshop facilitation, and
• Bachelor’s degree required; ability to travel up to 75%.
