• Mentor associates and provide technical leadership across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years customer-facing SaaS in accounting; OR 4+ years in audit/professional services.
• End-to-end software implementations (requirements, config, testing, go-live).
• Strong understanding of accounting/assurance workflows and firm operating models.
• Proven ability to manage client stakeholders and act as trusted advisor.
• Experience delivering outcomes with scope, quality, risk, timelines; minimal oversight.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation; mentoring capability.
