📋 Description

• Lead client deployments from plan to go-live.
• Configure product and manage dependencies/risks.
• Primary client contact; present to stakeholders.
• Translate client needs into written requirements for Product/Engineering.
• End-to-end configuration changes including screens, branding, and environment.
• Plan integration testing and launch activities to go-live.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with full-lifecycle package software implementations (SaaS preferred).
• Proven ability to project-manage multiple engagements; track plan, scope, risks.
• Able to speak with technical and non-technical stakeholders; present and tailor message.
• Skilled at writing clear requirements for Product Owners and technical teams.
• Working knowledge of JSON and APIs; troubleshoot integrations with Product/Engineering.
• Business analysis experience; Six Sigma/Green Belt nice to have.
