📋 Description

• Lead and deliver commercial, market and technical due diligence in energy sector transactions.
• Support the full transaction lifecycle from strategy to Q&A and due diligence reports.
• Build techno-economic models, valuations and revenue/risk analyses.
• Provide insights on CEE/SEE energy markets – renewables, BESS, grids, hydrogen.
• Drive business development and coordinate multi-workstream teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Above-average university degree in Economics, Finance, Energy, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in transaction advisory, due diligence, M&A or energy consulting.
• Experience delivering commercial/market due diligence for lenders/investors.
• Strong quantitative, project-management and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; additional Eastern European languages are a plus; German helpful.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
