Consultant / Senior Consultant – IAM & Secrets Management Delivery

📋 Description

• Advise on charter scope, objectives, timelines and risk mitigation.
• Drive end-to-end delivery across IAM, PAM, Secrets Management.
• Guide delivery with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, IAM, Infrastructure, Risk, and vendors.
• Translate technical concepts into clear plans and exec updates; track risks.
• Support governance: steering reports, status updates, KPI tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, IAM, PAM, Secrets Management, and delivery in large enterprises.
• Strong understanding of IAM, UAM, PAM, Secrets Management.
• Proven experience delivering cybersecurity initiatives in global orgs using Agile/Scrum/Waterfall.
• Nice to have: PMP/Prince2/CISSP/CISM.
