📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic real estate teams and their leaders, serving
• Conduct regular business reviews to assess performance, identify challenges, and recommend
• Coach team leaders on sales leadership, lead conversion, agent productivity, and operational best
• Identify opportunities to increase adoption of growth-oriented products, services, programs, and
• Leverage internal initiatives and external partnerships to generate new business opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in real estate, strategic account management, business partnerships
• Deep understanding of real estate team business models, operational processes, and growth
• Strong knowledge of online lead generation, lead conversion, and customer relationship management
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with business owners, senior leaders, and
• Experience managing B2B relationships in real estate, PropTech, or SaaS environments.
