📋 Description

• Engage post-sale with customers to develop solutions on Appian.
• Lead full lifecycle to define, design, and implement AI solutions.
• Work in agile teams; launch relational data models in production.
• Develop APIs to integrate with multiple systems.
• Brainstorm AI use cases and apply RAG and agentic workflows.
• Office-based role at HQ in McLean, VA; in-person 4-5 days/week.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years software dev or tech consulting experience.
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, CS, IS, Math, or related field.
• SQL skills; relational DB design.
• Define business processes with clients; gather requirements.
• Excellent communication and passion for technology.
• Willingness to travel; US Citizenship for public sector roles.
