Consulting Architect - Search

📋 Description

• Senior hands-on technical authority for Elasticsearch deployments
• Design, optimize, and scale complex cluster topologies for enterprise customers
• Lead deployments, perform performance tuning, mentor staff
• Bridge business requirements with distributed systems engineering
• Collaborate with Services Delivery, Sales Engineers, and customer architects
• Travel to customer sites for key milestones as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Lead Engineer, or Senior Systems roles focused on Elasticsearch
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, Elasticsearch internals, node roles, Lucene, and
• Experience with vector search, ML integration, and RAG pipelines
• Cloud deployment experience (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go with Elasticsearch client libraries
• Excellent technical communication and ability to guide diverse teams
