• 50% targeted billable utilization through architecture oversight, security assessments, executive
• Lead practice development including people development, solution development
• Coach and mentor Consulting Managers, security architects, and engineers in a player-coach model
• Assess team security skills and build upskilling and Microsoft certification plans (SC-100, SC-300
• Work with CISOs and security/IT leaders to align business needs and outcomes
• Lead solution development and innovation for Azure security solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership experience in a client delivery organization, particularly in cloud security
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure security solutions (identity, Zero Trust, threat protection, data
• Experience with security assessments and architecture oversight
• Ability to build and execute go-to-market strategies with sales teams
• Strong stakeholder management and client relationship skills
• Microsoft certifications (SC-100, SC-300, SC-200, SC-500, SC-401) or commitment to obtain
