📋 Description

• Produce and evaluate expert-level consulting outputs, including investment cases, M&A
• Develop and review financial models covering EBITDA normalization, company valuation, leveraged
• Create and assess integration strategies, including synergy realization timelines, one-time
• Analyze large volumes of source material, including data rooms, due diligence reports, internal
• Assess the reliability, relevance, and timeliness of available information, distinguishing credible
• Formulate actionable recommendations grounded in quantitative analysis, business fundamentals

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience at a leading consulting or advisory firm, such as a top-tier
• Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking abilities, with a proven capacity to break down
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, investment analysis, business strategy, transaction
• Demonstrated proficiency in LBO modeling, three-statement financial models, pro forma analysis
• Ability to synthesize complex datasets and extensive documentation, evaluate source credibility
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, logically
