• Lead strategic transformation programs (innovation, digitalization, change)
• Optimize processes in engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and asset management
• Improve client experience via journey optimization and new services
• Reduce project time-to-market and environmental impact
• Manage and coach a consulting team (junior to senior)
• Support business development: proposals, bids, and client leads

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from top engineering, business school or university
• 6+ years in management consulting or operations in energy/industry
• Daily use of generative/agentic AI, turning AI opportunities into measurable results
• Strong relationship skills, leadership, ability to manage consultants and interact with executives
• Curious, with strong analytical and synthesis skills
