📋 Description

• Support projects and ongoing operations involving Order to Cash (OTC) and TAX processes within
• Provide functional support for modules and business processes related to billing, accounts
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents, problems, and enhancement requests, identifying
• Perform functional configurations and parameterizations, as well as testing and validation

🎯 Requirements

• Proven functional experience with Order to Cash (OTC) and/or TAX processes, with a solid
• Knowledge of billing, accounts receivable, taxation, and processes connected to the OTC cycle.
• Experience working with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud, preferably with exposure to both
• Previous experience in implementation projects, process improvements, and/or application support
• Experience analyzing incidents, gathering business requirements, and performing functional
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business scenarios and
