📋 Description

• Gather and analyze client requirements, translating business objectives into effective Qualtrics
• Implement, configure, maintain, and support the Qualtrics platform according to project
• Design and manage surveys, questionnaires, distribution workflows, audience segmentation
• Develop employee listening initiatives across key stages of the employee journey, including
• Support organizational climate and employee engagement surveys, ensuring feedback is collected and
• Analyze survey results, identify trends and insights, and present recommendations to help clients

🎯 Requirements

• At least three years of proven experience working with Qualtrics in implementation, configuration
• Knowledge of Employee Experience principles, including the employee journey, continuous listening
• Understanding of HR processes within SAP SuccessFactors and the ability to identify opportunities
• Practical experience designing questionnaires, defining target audiences, configuring surveys, and
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify meaningful patterns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate client
