📋 Description

• Provide functional support for SAP HCM Payroll (PY), ensuring efficient, accurate, and reliable
• Configure and customize SAP PY functionalities to meet client requirements, operational needs, and
• Analyze payroll processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues, investigate root causes, and implement effective
• Support SAP PY implementation projects, system enhancements, and ongoing maintenance activities.

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience as an SAP PY Consultant, with a background in implementation
• Advanced knowledge of payroll processes and Brazilian labor legislation.
• Strong experience configuring and customizing the SAP HCM Payroll (PY) module.
• Proficiency in SAP PY functional support, configuration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve complex payroll problems while maintaining data
• Knowledge of integration between SAP Payroll and other SAP modules, particularly Finance (FI) and
