📋 Description

• Provide application management services (AMS) for the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC)
• Receive, analyze, prioritize, and resolve user support requests, incidents, and system-related
• Configure, maintain, and enhance Employee Central functionality based on business requirements and
• Implement system improvements and parameterization changes to optimize HR processes and system
• Troubleshoot integrations and business process issues, working with relevant technical teams to
• Support SuccessFactors release updates, system enhancements, and rollout activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
• Hands-on experience providing application management services (AMS), including incident management
• Knowledge of Employee Central configuration, parameterization, maintenance, and continuous
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, including Integration Center, APIs, and connectors.
• Understanding of HR processes, organizational structures, and related business rules.
• Ability to map business processes, analyze functional requirements, and translate them into
