📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) implementation and rollout
• Conduct workshops with HR and IT stakeholders to assess current processes (AS-IS), define
• Develop functional solution designs and maintain documentation covering process mappings, business
• Configure and customize PMGM functionality according to project scope, including evaluation cycles
• Plan and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), including test
• Support cutover planning and go-live activities, ensuring configuration readiness, final

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM), including significant
• Strong functional knowledge of PMGM configuration, including performance cycles, evaluation
• Experience gathering business requirements and designing performance management and goal-setting
• Hands-on experience supporting SIT and UAT, assisting key users, documenting test results, and
• Functional familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors integrations, such as Integration Center, APIs, and
• Ability to prepare clear functional and technical documentation, including solution designs
