Consumer Communications & New Media Manager

📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with reporters, producers, podcasters, Substackers, live show
• Pitch OnePay stories and secure placements — reviews, guest appearances, interviews, newsletter
• Manage inbound requests from media outlets and prioritize the right opportunities
• Develop and manage ongoing new media partnerships that extend OnePay's reach with consumers
• Write and edit pitches, briefing docs, talking points, and Q&A prep tailored to new media
• Monitor media coverage and sentiment, flagging risks and opportunities to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in communications, PR, or new media/creator relations, in-house or agency
• Active, demonstrated relationships with reporters, podcasters, substackers, live show hosts, and
• Excellent writing and pitching skills — you can turn a feature into a story a host or creator wants
• Comfort navigating fast-moving, informal media formats (live shows, podcast) alongside traditional
• Drive and proactivity — everyone here is a builder and executor
