Consumer Engagement Manager

📋 Description

• Develop and execute innovative influencer and organic social strategies that drive brand awareness
• Partner with brand marketing, creative team, and other internal and external partners to develop
• Monitor trends in social media channels, tools, and metrics and appropriately apply that knowledge
• Work closely with Consumer Engagement team through team brainstorming, communal ideation, and

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing social media and/or influencer marketing
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field or equivalent experience
• Able to work as part of a team to achieve shared goal
• Experience in skincare, beauty or personal care a plus
• Early adopter of new platforms, systems and tools for creating content
• Track record of driving results through creating and managing social media content, audience
