Consumer Loan Servicing Representative

📋 Description

• Responds to member inquiries via phone, mail, and email.
• Maintains loan servicing records; liaison for member/branch questions.
• Posts payments and payoffs; processes credit protection claims; SCRA updates.
• Handles GAP insurance activity; processes CPI-related items; transfers.
• Performs credit bureau reporting and corrections; maintains vehicle collateral files.
• Adheres to Credit Union policies and Bank Secrecy Act.

🎯 Requirements

• Level I: High school diploma or GED.
• Level II: GED plus 1-3 years relevant experience.
• Level III: GED plus 2-5 years relevant experience; loan systems knowledge; regs.
• FCRA knowledge; credit bureau reporting, disputes, corrections.
