📋 Description

• Manage inbound inquiries and close sales for insurance products.
• Explain options, prepare quotes, and guide prospects to purchase.
• Provide empathetic customer service and address objections.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on changes.
• Utilize AI-enabled tools and cloud-based systems responsibly.
• Fully remote six-month contract for Canada residents (excluding Quebec).

🎯 Requirements

• 6–12 months experience in customer service or sales.
• Post-secondary education preferred; TICO cert or willingness to obtain.
• Canada residence; Quebec not eligible.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to learn product/policy details and adapt quickly.
• French language preferred but not required.
