• Making and receiving calls to match customers with a service

• Following scripts to ensure accurate information and service

• Answer customer inquiries by clarifying needs and providing information
• Providing insight and feedback to Team Lead to improve systems

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years in sales, call center, or customer-facing role preferred
• On-site only
• Clear, professional communication; active listening to identify needs
• Strong computer proficiency; work across CRM, dialer, internal tools
• Meet/exceed metrics in a script-driven environment
