📋 Description

• Operate forklift, farm tractors, and nursery equipment safely.
• Run spray rigs, fertilizer injection, and center pivot irrigation.
• Spring season: seed treatment, sowing, and crop establishment.
• Summer season: grow, fertilize, irrigate, and crop development.
• Fall/Winter season: harvest and distribute seedlings.
• Maintain equipment, buildings, and grounds daily.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in horticulture, agriculture, or forestry.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and GIS.
• Time management, multitasking, and adaptability.
• Practical equipment skills (tractors, UTVs) and safe pesticide application; reliable.
