  • Develop and execute China community operation plans based on user behavior.

  • Operate official China channels (Bilibili, Weibo, Xiaoheihe, Rednote, QQ, TapTap) and content.

  • Strong understanding of the China gaming market, communities, and platform culture.
  • 3+ years in community/SNS operations in gaming, content, or entertainment.
  • Experience operating major China platforms: Bilibili, Weibo, Xiaoheihe, Rednote, QQ.
  • Experience developing community operation strategies and planning/executing content ops.
  • Experience in user communication, VOC management, and issue response.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
