• Deliver small content update projects, acting as the single point of contact from brief through
• Run the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, from sourcing and briefing freelance subject specialists
• Triage and route incoming content feedback from users and internal teams, tracking it through to
• Work on third-party content rights, permissions and licensing, keeping records audit-ready and
• Build and maintain the trackers, dashboards and documentation that give the content team visibility

🎯 Requirements

• Background in content coordination, project coordination or operations, ideally within tech
• Proven ability to keep multiple workstreams organised and moving, ideally with a tracker or system
• Strong communication skills, able to adjust tone and detail for audiences from freelance
• Fast learner who picks up new tools, platforms and content systems quickly, with minimal repeated
• Skilled at turning scattered information, such as feedback threads or contractor performance notes
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance creativity, decisions, and execution
