Content Designer

📋 Description

• Own and deliver UX content for key monetization surfaces and flows at Roblox, from early
• Develop understanding of user and developer needs to inform content design for payment, purchase
• Bring fresh perspective and industry knowledge to drive monetization design
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, researchers, and engineers to ensure valuable
• Apply UX writing and content strategy to improve clarity, usability, and engagement across player
• Contribute to content guidelines, patterns, and frameworks for voice and tone consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Product Design, UX Design, Graphic Design, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in content design with a portfolio in e-commerce, payments, or innovative
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design connected user experiences
• Understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, e-commerce practices, and
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (PMs, designers, researchers, engineers)
• Ability to align product goals with business and user needs, fostering learning and iteration
