• Collaborate with SMEs/instructors to refine, elevate and gamify lectures.
• Use AI tools to speed up content development workflows.
• Align content with business goals and launch timelines with cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in learning design and content development.
• End-to-end ownership of course creation from concept to production.
• Modality range: written, video, live/webinar, games, audio.
• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Collaborate with SMEs/instructors to refine material.
• Outcomes-focused design tied to KPIs.
• Ability to independently manage project timelines.
• Experience using AI tools to support content development.
