Content Governance Engineer (Java / Go)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and continuously improve content governance platforms, anti-abuse tooling, and
• Integrate recommendation systems with content governance capabilities to create efficient
• Partner with governance and product teams to build capabilities for content review, risk detection
• Design and implement content takedown rules while continuously evaluating their effectiveness
• Build and enhance configurable rule engines and policy platforms, supporting controlled rollouts
• Develop systematic solutions to address spam, traffic diversion, low-quality content, fraud

🎯 Requirements

• Proficient in Java or Go, with strong software engineering, system design, and backend development
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservice architectures, message queues, caching
• Familiarity with content governance processes, including content review, risk detection, policy
• Experience with rule engines or policy platforms, with the ability to transform governance
• Understanding of common content-platform risks and governance approaches, combined with strong risk
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across product
