Content Growth Specialist, APAC Growth [6-Month Fixed Term]

📋 Description

• Support growth markets in Asia (India and Southeast Asia) to acquire and retain creators in the
• Work cross functionally across strategic partner managers, product and other stakeholders to drive
• Develop plans to engage and activate scaled creators through scaled communication channels like
• Conduct A/B testing to understand campaign performance drivers with creators and acquire learnings
• Manage end-to-end organic and branded creation challenges to incentivize creators
• Manage communications calendar across various scaled channels including emails and other in app

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience
• Strong experience in managing creators and/or strategic partners in APAC
• Strong in SQL query writing
• Strong in project management & execution, data collection and analysis
• Strong in communication and working cross functionally
• Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in your day-to-day workflow for
