📋 Description

• Develop and execute growth strategies for LATAM creators and suppliers
• Foster relationships with content creators and educate them on Pinterest
• Lead end-to-end creator incentive programs aligned with global strategy
• Plan and run virtual and in-person creator events
• Create materials to educate creators on Pinterest features
• Leverage AI to accelerate creator communications

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years in creator/influencer management, marketing, social media, or digital advertising
• Excellent written and presentation skills; ability to represent Pinterest publicly
• Deep knowledge of the LATAM content supplier space
• Foundational analytical skills (analyze large datasets in Google Sheets)
• Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
