📋 Description

• Write, review, and edit practical legal materials, including practice notes, checklists
• Ensure published content remains accurate, current, relevant, and aligned with the needs of
• Monitor legal developments, market trends, and evolving practices across corporate, securities, and
• Assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of the content offering and recommend opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with legal practitioners and law firms across Canada, including
• Contribute to content strategy, priorities, and the overall direction of the legal resource.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. or LL.B. degree and active membership in good standing with the bar of at least one Canadian
• At least 3 years of professional legal experience in capital markets, securities, and public
• Strong practical knowledge of relevant legal principles, transactions, processes, and professional
• An established professional network among capital markets, securities, and/or public M&A
• Excellent legal writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts
• Experience producing or editing client-facing materials, legal publications, continuing legal
