📋 Description

• Own and execute the content roadmap aligned to product strategy
• Partner with product managers to integrate content across user journey
• Create and refine content across formats: articles, videos, guides, social assets
• Build an AI-enabled content function with scalable workflows
• Develop short-form content strategies to boost engagement
• Use analytics and A/B tests to improve content performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in content strategy/production, ideally in consumer digital products
• Experience leading a content team or content ops
• Proven ability to tie roadmaps to product outcomes (activation/engagement/retention/revenue)
• Strong analytics, dashboards, KPI definition, data-driven optimization
• Advanced video creation, visual editing, AI-powered workflows
• Excellent UX writing and storytelling across formats
