• 5+ years in content strategy/creation in digital products or tech.
• Experience leading a content team or content operations.
• Proven ability to link roadmaps to activation, engagement, retention, revenue.
• Strong analytics, dashboards, KPI definition, and data-driven optimization.
• Advanced video creation, visual editing, and AI-powered workflows.
• Exceptional UX writing and storytelling across multiple formats.
