Content Lead

📋 Description

• Own and execute the content roadmap aligned with product strategy and quarterly priorities.
• Partner with product managers to integrate content across onboarding, coaching, habit programs, and
• Create high-quality content across formats: in-app articles, educational materials, videos, guides
• Build an AI-enabled content function with scalable workflows and QA standards.
• Develop short-form content strategies to boost engagement with diverse audiences.
• Use analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and A/B testing to measure content performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in content strategy, creation, and production, ideally in consumer digital products.
• Experience leading a content team or function within a digital product org.
• Proven ability to connect content roadmaps to activation, engagement, retention, and revenue.
• Strong analytical mindset; experience with dashboards and performance data to optimize content.
• Advanced video creation, visual editing, and AI-powered production workflows.
• Exceptional UX writing and storytelling across formats (educational, visual, video, long-form).
