Content Manager

📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle within Responsive (RFPIO), including curation, tagging
• Manage tasks to maintain proposal content governance framework, including review cadences, version
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Solutions Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to ensure
• Maintain regional content collections and templates (U.S., Mexico, Canada, Europe) and oversee
• Tag and review content to improve AI-assisted response quality in Responsive.
• Manage reusable modular content blocks across top RFP categories to accelerate proposal drafting

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, technical writing, proposal management, or sales
• Hands-on experience with Responsive, Loopio, SharePoint or similar RFP platforms
• Deep understanding of the proposal lifecycle in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
• Strong project management skills and comfort managing large content libraries
• Familiarity with AI-powered search or content automation tools is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to coordinate across global teams
