📋 Description

• Content is the product; own how plans come to life with cross-functional partners.
• Design workflows and AI pipelines to produce more, faster and better.
• Oversee production end-to-end from brief to finished asset.
• Build AI-powered workflows for script generation and voiceover.
• Ensure quality and localization across languages as we expand.
• Use product data and A/B tests to decide what to build.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in consumer content roles.
• Systems thinker; content at scale via repeatable processes.
• AI-native: shipped at least one AI workflow that measurably improved content output.
• English fluency with near-native writing quality.
• Cross-functional operator: comfortable in product dashboards and collaboration tools.
• Track record of ownership: taken content function from 0 to 1 or 1 to 10.
