Write persona- and modality-specific content across Development, Automation, In Vivo, PD
Support customer story development in partnership with Sales/Field stakeholders
Write select pieces from scratch, particularly product-focused blog posts and articles
Work within AirOps to generate, edit, and refine AI-assisted drafts at scale
Write and edit gated best-practice guides for a technical audience

🎯 Requirements

4+ years in content marketing or writing role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
Strong writing and editing skills; comfortable adapting tone and structure across formats
Experience working with or willingness to learn AI content tools (AirOps or similar)
Familiarity with CMS Contentful, SEMrush, GA4, or other marketing/SEO metrics tools
Nice-to-have: AEO (answer engine optimization) exposure
Nice-to-have: life sciences or biotech background
