Content Marketing Coordinator

📋 Description

• Join our Marketing team to raise awareness of CampDoc and SchoolDoc
• Support marketing programs that drive qualified interest and conversations
• Work from strategy and approvals with the Marketing Manager
• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to target, execute, and measure campaigns
• Manage assigned work in Jira and report progress

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or related role
• Strong writing and editing across digital formats (email, web, collateral)
• Experience with WordPress CMS and publishing content
• Strong initiative and proactive mindset
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot) and email QA
• Familiarity with AI tools for drafting, repurposing, and QA
• Experience creating graphics with Canva or similar
