📋 Description

• Produce high-quality visuals and short-form content for social channels (LinkedIn).
• Produce short-form video content and bring scripts to life.
• Create on-brand visuals for campaigns, social, email, and website.
• Maintain Osano brand style across all content.
• Plan, write, produce video, and analyze content performance.
• Collaborate with product managers on release-related content.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or similar.
• Proficient writing skills, especially short-form and LinkedIn-optimized content.
• Ability to distill complex topics into simple, visually engaging formats.
• Short-form video creation ability.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Self-manage and ship quickly, handling multiple projects and deadlines.
