Content Marketing Lead

📋 Description

• Set the content strategy and editorial direction across key channels and audiences
• Lead and develop the content team as a player-coach
• Own distribution alongside content, working backwards from the audience and the message to decide
• Build our presence in new media including newsletters, podcasts, creator collaborations, and
• Create and lead external content partnerships with publishers, operators, creators, and other
• Create and elevate content yourself, including thought leadership, executive content, customer

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content, editorial, content marketing, brand storytelling, or a related
• Experience leading, managing, or mentoring content professionals
• Demonstrated experience building distribution through channels you don't own, media partnerships
• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling across multiple content
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop content
• A track record of owning content from strategy through execution and measurement
