Content Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and develop a team of managers and ICs across 7 content functions: Reputation, PR, Content Production, Content Ops/Localization, Newsletters, Campaigns, Lifecycle
• Build and own the 1-year content strategy and quarterly goal framework with bottom-line impact (GMV, CR, trust metrics)
• Own hiring, onboarding, and development of ICs and managers within each function
• Lead the team's AI/LLM adoption and automation of research, production, and distribution processes
• Set and run quarterly OKRs and 1:1s, career development conversations, and performance cycles for all direct reports
• Represent the content function in cross-functional planning with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Tech

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in content, marketing, or communications roles, with 3+ years managing multi-functional teams
• Proven track record as a direct line manager, running 1:1s, goal cycles, career conversations, performance evaluations, and hiring
• Startup mentality: high ownership, high pace, ability to push self and team toward challenging quarterly targets
• Data-driven decision-making, comfortable with CR, GMV, ROAS; able to forecast and build business cases with measurable bottom-line impact
• Experience leading AI/LLM adoption or content/lifecycle automation initiatives at scale
• Fluent English (business language); Kaunas or Vilnius based, hybrid 1 day/week in Kaunas office
