• Run Chime's blog and editorial content plan for SEO and AEO
• Manage editorial calendar and maintain steady publishing cadence
• Lead content across Chime.com, product launches, and seasonal moments
• Manage relationship with AI content platform (AirOps) and automate lifecycle
• Lead offsite visibility with affiliate and publisher partners
• Move content through Legal & Compliance review and track performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in editorial, content strategy, or SEO content experience
• Hands-on AEO/GEO knowledge: LLMs and AI answer engines
• Experience with AI content tools (AirOps, Profound) and workflows
• Experience in regulated industry like fintech or financial services
• Hands-on CMS (Contentful) and Jira ticket-based workflows
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external partners
