📋 Description

• Create polished, client-facing content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, paid social campaigns
• Design graphics, carousels, social posts, simple infographics, marketing collateral, and ad
• Write social captions, ad copy, blog articles, email copy, and calls to action tailored to
• Edit short-form videos, Reels, clips, and repurposed leadership footage for organic and paid use.
• Transform raw footage, internal ideas, HR insights, articles, and service information into

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, social media content, graphic design, or a comparable
• Experience creating social content, graphics, short-form video, copywriting, and/or B2B content.
• Experience supporting professional services, consulting, HR, staffing, or other B2B organizations
• Experience creating content for professional audiences rather than exclusively consumer or
• Proficiency with Canva for creating professional marketing and social media assets.
