Content Moderator (Bilingual EN/DE)

📋 Description

• Moderate user-generated content in English and German per client guidelines.
• Read, assess, and apply codes to text, images, and videos in a queue-based environment.
• Review performance feedback to minimize errors and meet metrics.
• Attend coaching calls and adapt to schedule, including weekend hours.
• Work 16-29 hours per week, with some hours on weekends as required.
• Utilize Google apps, Slack, and forums to manage performance expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 7+ years of content moderation experience.
• Professional English and German proficiency (written and spoken).
• US residency with authorization to work; must reside in TX, AR, FL, GA, IL, NC or OH.
• 3+ years in a fast-paced office environment; ability to read and judge content quickly.
• Comfort with learning new web tools and collaborating remotely.
• Semi-flexible schedule of 16-29 hours/week; 4 weekend hours required.
