Content Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Manage incoming project requests and workflows through Monday.com or similar work-management
• Monitor project progress, coordinate with stakeholders, and proactively address bottlenecks to keep
• Coordinate marketing activities related to office relocations, openings, and closures, including
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements, including automation
• Coordinate client and prospect webinars, including scheduling, registration, rehearsals, event
• Partner with presenters and internal teams to deliver consistent, professional webinar experiences

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in operations, project coordination, workflow management, administrative
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, high request volumes, and competing deadlines
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and coordinating work across teams with strong
• Familiarity with Monday.com or comparable project/work-management platforms is preferred.
• Experience using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, with a consistent focus on
