📋 Description

• The Content Project Manager will oversee assigned content projects, maintain strong author
• Manage a portfolio of contracted authors and serve as a primary point of contact throughout content
• Support author onboarding, project kickoffs, and ongoing communication to ensure contributors have
• Build trusted relationships with authors by understanding their workflows, challenges, and content
• Track assigned projects through all stages of the content lifecycle, maintaining accurate project
• Monitor project progress, submission schedules, and delivery milestones while proactively

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, content operations, editorial production, or a
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects independently, including large project
• Strong ability to identify risks early, communicate challenges proactively, and drive projects
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations and making informed decisions within established
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy in project tracking.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
