📋 Description

• Define Descript's content strategy, editorial calendar, and channels.
• Identify content gaps via user data, search research, and market insights.
• Build a measurement framework linking content to brand and pipeline outcomes.
• Build an AI-native content production system for scalable, original output.
• Produce/commission content across formats: articles, reports, tools, scripts.
• Collaborate with Demand Gen, PMM, and Field Marketing on pipeline assets.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in content strategy/marketing in B2B or B2B/B2C.
• Deep familiarity with the new media landscape and distribution evolution.
• Comfortable with AI tooling as production/workflow aid.
• Analytical experience: build and own a content measurement framework.
• Portfolio showing strategic content with systems and measurable outcomes.
